As almost anyone who has read my posts on the P250 I am personally not a fan but I know a lot of people like them and for this price if you are in the market for one of these run don't walk. CDNN has these for $319

Not to hijack this thread, but I notice these particular models are quite inexpensive in comparison to other Sigs. Are they problem guns or what?

first edition had issues. 2nd generation some have problems, some don't...same amount as any other gun.

the whole long trigger pull thing is a bunch of total crap. My sig229 in DA is the same length as the 250 and the 220 is reported as longer than the 250.

Its the reset that is realllllllllllly long. MY P220/P228/P226/P225 all have shorter DA pulls. IMHO. I have shot over a dozen P220s and not a single one was even close to the length of pull that my P250 had.

It is like a long DA revolver pull. If that is your cup of tea then these are decent guns.

I actually became quite good with mine when I had it. I didn't know much about handguns at the time and saw "Sig" and just bought it. I bought it when they first came out. Mine never had any issues. It was not the kind of gun you could "limp wrist" and get away with it. I won't even say what I paid for it.....ouch!
At that price, somebody would get {IMHO} a good serviceable pistol. Yeah, mags are pricey but it's not like your buying them every month.

If you like that type trigger go for it! Not my cup a tea but a lot do.

I have been reading a lot of good things about the P250 lately as it seems that the bugs are well worked out for a while now.

Myself I have a SP2022 which is also a fabulous pistol if you like DA/SA - as good as any DA/SA combat poly pistol out there IMO.

I'm in the market for a P250 SC 9mm.

I have a full-size P250 9mm, but would like a second gun to fiddle with (I know, I know, it's modular).
