HELLO ALL,

I WAS CURIOUS IF ANYONE HAS DONE BUSINESS OR KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY CALLED SUPERIOR TACTICAL SOLUTIONS LOCATED IN KENTUCKY? I PAID FOR AN ULTRA MATCH 10/22 TRIGGER GROUP TWO MONTHS AGO AND STILL HAVE NOTHING. I HAD ASKED FOR A REFUND, AND THEY WILL NOT EVEN RETURN MY EMAILS OR CALLS AFTER WEEKS OF TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF THEM. I FEEL VERY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND HOPE ANYONE TAKE PRECAUTION IF WANTING TO DEAL WITH THESE SNEAKY PEOPLE. IF ANY ONE KNOWS A WAY TO GET AHOLD OF THEN BESIDES WHATS ON THEIR WEBSITE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.OR ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT I COULD DO TO GET MY REFUND OR TRIGGER GROUP FROM THEM...

Welcome to the High Road! I have not delt with them, but posting your experience here usually results in you getting satisfaction. These places don't like negative press. Also, you may not be aware, but all CAPS is considered yelling on the net. It just makes it easier to read without the caps.

dancinzen - did you pay with a creditcard, or a check?
If you paid with a creditcard, call your creditcard company, and explain to them what happened. The creditcard company will essentially jump all over them, and either get you your merchandise, or cancel the charge and give you your money back.

If it's a check - it can be slightly more tricky to get it taken care of - but call your bank and explain the situation to them. If it's considered fraud (which to some extent it sounds like it is), they will most likely return your funds, and go after the company for fraud.

We no longer do 10/22 work; but, I am certain we have taken care of this situation with either a refund, or the product as described. I don't have enough information on the matter to tell for certain exactly what happened. But, please accept our sincere apologies.
