Surplus Powder for 30-06 Plinking Loads

Ammo prices are high so I'm trying to economize. In order to stretch my 30-06 I’ve been reloading Greek cases with M25 surplus tracers from Hi-Tech on top of IMR 4064………I’ve been using this as plinking ammo to ring the gong at 200 yards and have been very happy with it, it’s accurate enough for that job and the tracers are even lighting which is an extra. Is there a surplus powder I can use in place of the 4064? Also are there any other applications where I can use these M25 tracers…..I know some guys over at Gunboards are pulling bullets from 54R, using those in .303 reloads and replacing the pulled 54R bullet with a M25 tracer.....but I would think the diameter is a little small for that.

Surplus IMR4895 is all I use for both .30-06 and .308 military loads, but I haven't seen any on the market in the past year.

dunno about surplus, but if you look at accurate's dp 85 that powdervalley is selling for about $80/8lb keg, i doubt you'll find a better deal.
