Is there a bullet puller available that will pull LSWCs without mangling them?
The only one I have seen that says it even MIGHT pull 18BHN is the Grip-n-Pull.
Since I never use bullets harder than 12BHN, I don't think that will do.
Ideas, anyone?

Hondo,
I do have an impact puller. I was just hoping there might be something else.
Fortunately, I love this extreme hobby enough to not mind the occasional 'hammer session'.

Are you pulling those you put together a wee bit crooked recently with 5gr of 231? If i were you I'd push em into the chamber and shoot em. Maybe not for score at a bullseye match but for plinking yes. EDIT: I went back and looked at your "conundrum" post and saw that they plunk in your SW1911. So I'd let er rip and shoot em. I can't imagine having pressure issues with your bullet engaging the rifling a little off axis, especially being a target load. BTW the MBC 200 SWC and 5gr of 231 is my favorite that I shoot out of my Randall 1911 on most range trips, it chronographs at 770 FPS for me with very low SD's I use the same bullet over 4.5gr Bulleye which chronographs at 750, equally accurate load.

Shimitup,
I am only pulling the ones that the FCD wouldn't make ok.
The rest I separated so the best are for revolver, and the others for the 1911s.
The UniqueTek seating stem should be here any day, and then I will be g-t-g again.
I'll report/review after it comes, and I load a box or two with it.

Are these bullets that you cast yourself? If so, side cutters with a single stage press, throw the bullet back in the pot to be recast at a later date.

They are Missouri Bullet Company's 200gr SWC Bullseye#1 12BHN.
Excellent product. I just need a different seating stem. It's on the way.:)

Viola!
The UniqueTek SWC seating stem works as advertised.
It came a little while ago, and 100% of the box I loaded passed the gage the first try.
That's what I am used to!
Admittedly, I could have drilled the stem I had, but I was tired of messing with it.
UniqueTek's part did what I needed!
Now I can crank out a bunch to shoot on Sunday.
