Hopefully with a folding stock?

Does this animal exist at all I wonder?

Idly wondering here.

Is anybody still making the M1 carbine synthetic stock with the collapsible wire stock (HK style)?

Saw one on a Plainfield M1 carbine for $325 at a local show, should have picked that up.

I really like collapsible stocks, and am pretty sure that one could take a dremel and add extra notches into the wire stock to achieve an adjustable LOP.

It's kind of suprising that only HK really got into fully collapsible stocks, they seem to offer some of the best aspects of folding and AR-collapsible stocks, though the cheek-weld is a little funky at first.

I have an underfolder for my M1 which not only works great but looks cool too. With a 30 round magazine attached, I just have to reposition the buttplate to clear the magazine when I fold it. I got this stock on ebay, with the ventilated handguard, for $90

I swapped out a real "splinter-maker" for one of those Ramline stocks. The original wood looked like the gun had been used to drive tent stakes.

I like it a lot. I'm pretty tall and like the fact that it gives an extra inch to the length of pull.

I have one that I have never used. Installed once then removed without shooting it. The wire butt was not what I liked. Interested? PM me.
