Just curious as to any of you NY high roader's who might be attending this upcoming weekend's (16th and 17th) Syracuse gunshow? I know i'll be there. If anyone else is going, it'd be neat to meet up with some of ya's.

Ah, I've already gone and come home! Sorry I missed your post. It was a good show though. I snagged a nice Beretta 92 Centurian. Some nice prices on Glock handguns as well. I was disappointed, however, this year as the prices on mil-surps seemed a little high. Alas... I wont' be going back up on Sunday. There's always next time man!

Ah, Endicott, an area I know well. I'm from the Corning/Hornell area over in Steuben County if you're familiar. So, do tell, any good finds while you were at the show?

I picked up a Moisin Nagant M38 (I think I got that right. Short barrel, no bayonet). The price was a bit high at $107, but there were only a few at the show. It has been arsenal refinished, so I don't expect any problems, and when you get right down to it, a rifle in a decent caliber for a C-note is a smoking good deal.
Other than that, a lot of interesting things to look at, but nothing I really drooled over. No beany babies, only 1 jerky stand, and there were more tables than last year, so that is promising.
