PUBLIC shooting ranges in Syracuse, NY?

I just posted a few days ago looking for a range in NJ. But before I head down there, I might be heading up to Syracuse, NY for a day trip. Any public ranges up near there? I've checked the NRA range listings, but only found private/membership-needed ranges. I'm going to the Syracuse mall with a lady-friend and figured we could make a whole day out of it and hit up a range if there's a public one.

Forgot to say.....I will be coming from the south, Binghamton area. So any public ranges on the way would be good to. Thanks.

If i recall correctly, the better ones are toward the Rochester side of things.
