In the close-up it is clear; that is definitely *not* a real ACOG.

Whatever it is, I'm sure it *does* go very well with that particular rifle, however. :D

Tragic comes to mind or maybe Bubba-riffic.

I really like the following quote from the auction description "THIS IS A QUICK HANDLING TACTICAL RIFLE THAT WEIGHTS 8 LBS. AND IS FUN TO SHOOT"

um, yeah.

$400 starting bid huh? I'm not sure how to attach that value to a $200 rifle that has been butchered?:scrutiny:

The funny part is that I had a 7x57 Mauser turned into an actual Scout Rifle, complete with a reconfigured bolt handle, 20" bbl, forward mounted Burris Long eye relief Scout scope, muzzle brake, and lightweight stock. It weighs in at under 6# and shoots right at 2" at 100yds and I don't even think that it is worth that much.

The sight is sold seperatly, so what type of action is it and how much is that particular action worth? $400 seems a little high.

Aslo notice from the pictures that his wife makes him keep that thing outside with the rest of his junk. I don't think I have ever owned something so ugly that my wife wouldn't let me bring it into the house.
