Land O' Lakes, Florida - Pasco County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a man accused of shooting another man during a party overnight in Land O' Lakes.
Investigators say 34-year-old Sean Stewart, of Tampa, got into a fight during a party on Shade Crest Drive. He accused other people at the party of stealing his guns.
After fistfighting with 4 other people, detectives say Stewart spit blood from his injured mouth onto a plate, warning another man "this is what you're going to look like in the morning."
Stewart reportedly went outside to his vehicle, got a gun and returned to the house.
Investigators say James Baisden, 34, answered the door and Stewart opened fire, hitting Baisden in the chest. Stewart then held the gun to a second man's head and before taking off.
Deputies say they arrested Stewart at a nearby home.
Baisden was flown to a Tampa hospital.
Stewart is being held in the Pasco County Jail with no bond, charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault.
Glad to see he is being properly charged.
EDIT: ABC action news reports the weapon used was a .22.
