Which of course assumes that the "target shooters" have assets.

Though not a hard and fast rule, assets usually go with brains, which these dopes obviously didn't have.

I find it amusing how quickly folks jump on the "law suit" band wagon and seem to be naive of the fact that a being awarded a million dollar judgment gets you nadda, if the dope you're suing doesn't have a million dollars in the bank.

But in some states the dope doesn't need a million dollars in the bank. In some states future assets can be attached and awarded.
