Tasco Red Dot ?

I bought a used Tasco ProPoint PDP5 SPL red dot scope. The scope rings that were on it must have been red Locktited on as I had to cut them off the scope. I "thought" (ha-ha) that the scope was a 30mm so I bought a set of Weaver 30mm mounts but they are to small. The scope mics out at 1.380" What mm scope is this and where might I find a set of rings for this red dot. A big thanks for any info...Kitt-in-NC
