i have the 24/7 pro 9mm 4". it is a pretty decent gun. i actually like the "ribber" grips. feeds and shoots well. again, i actually like the hienne straight 8 sights. when im away this is my wifes bedside gun...not really sure i can give it a better endorsement then that.
the trigger has a rather long takeup, however. the mag lips are super sharp and a great way to gash open a thumb. the crazy security system kind of puts me off (tho in its defense it has never turned itself on). pretty sure the owners manual specifically states that u should stay away from +p and +p+ ammo, if this is important to u.
if the oss version would have been out i think we would have got that instead of the pro...but all in all its been a pretty good gun. not my favorite by any means, but a good shooter none the less.
I had a 24/7 Pro long slide 9mm. It was a decent gun, especially for the $380 price tag. However, I never liked the Henie sights. Also, one time I was disassembling it and the flare at the end of the barrel got stuck in the slide. I finally got it out but there was significant galling of the inside of the slide when i was done. I ultimately sold it to help finance a 70 series.
Ditto, but a little black paint on the rear dot and I have what I like plain black rear square notch, high visibility front. To me, anything on the rear is bad as you should be focusing your eyes on the front while looking through the rear.
