Taurus .500

I just read in the July/August edition of Handgunner that Taurus is coming out with their own model chambered in 500 s&w. They had a picture of one from the shot show. It looks like it's a raging bull. Does anyone have any info. on this?

Saw it at SHOT a few months ago. Cylinder is about .200" SHORTER than the S&W. This means a loss of 500 foot-pounds energy with bullets designed to use up the entire cylinder length.

MSRP is only $100 cheaper than S&W and trigger quality is typical Taurus.
