I've always been a fan of the "one caliber, multiple guns" concept. Thing is, the only gun I've got at the moment is a Remington Model 12CS in .22 WRF. I need a smaller gun to go with it, and the Taurus 941 looks like a good option. Except...

1) How well does .22 WRF work out of a revolver chambered in .22 Mag?
2) Accuracy/velocity retention in the above situation?
3) Ease of maintenance?
4) DA/SA trigger weights?

Or should I just get a pistola in .22LR already, and leave the .22WRF for the rifle?

Do a search on this gun here. I had one and was not pleased with the accuracy.

Not familiar with it. I have a new Taurus 605 that I am happy with. I have a Ruger Single Six that is great with the magnum cylinder. Makes me wish magnum ammo was cheaper.

I am sorry but I have no experience with said Taurus. A friend shoots the 17hmr version with the 12" barrel and loves it. Personally though, with a neat old gun like your Remmy there, I think a Ruger Single Six would be a great companion for it. That way you will have both 22lr and wmr when needed.
