Taurus pt 58s serial number ?

Hello,
I am new here .I have a question about a Taurus PT 58S I just came buy.
The serial # looks like klb11600.I have been trying to find out more info on this gun via the serial # but not having ANY luck what so ever.I think its an older gun but just can't find any information what so ever about it?
Anyone on here that can give me some information about vintage or date it was made or any thing along those lines?
