Taurus Revolver question

My new Taurus 82 rattles a little when I shake it. After cocking the hammer and looking inside the gun I think that rattle is the transfer bar safety. Is the gun supposed to do that?

I have two Taurus M83s and they both rattle some from the transfer bar when shaken. Check out this previous post. Consensus seems it is quite normal.

It's like the old saying "Doc, it hurts when I do this...." and the doc replies: "Dont DO that."

Don't shake it....it won't rattle.
