I think the .45 was discontinued????
I'll let someone else address the questions, but that line of handguns interests me, too. I'm likin' the .357 and .41 mags.
They are listing this WEIRD .45 colt/2.5" .410 shot firing revolver now. Not sure what it'd shoot like in .45. I know my contender barrel, chambers 3" shot shells, is less than stellar in accuracy do to the freebore. It'll group about 4-6" at 100 yards, which is acceptable, I guess, for hunting. My .30-30 barrel is more like a little hand rifle, though.
I know they have a "Tracker" in .41 in stainless, so the whole line isn't just total titanium, but I'd be most interested in the titanium guns. Taurus's list price is only a couple hundred more for Titanium. A Ruger HOT .45 load might be a little hard on the wrist in a light gun like that, though.
The gun being basically a five shot K frame size gun, I would not think it would be up to Ruger strength hand loads in that caliber, but others probably no more about it. I know I'd be hesitant to fire one of my Blackhawk fire breathers in one. Go to
