Can anyone tell me what a Thompson Center Firehawk In-Line .50 Cal Muzzleloader w/ a Tasco 4 x 32 scope should cost?? A buddy is trying to sell one to me, but I am not sure what it is worth. The gun is in great condition. Thanks!!

There's 3 NIB on Gunsamerica.com (Auction # 976603652 blued, Rynite .50 - $199 + S&H) and 2 on auctionarms.com if you do the search. (Auction # 7545105 & #7170448) Then you'd have to pay for shipping.

Just enter Firehawk or the auction # in the search box, compare prices and features with the gun he's selling.
Does it have a plastic or wood stock? Blue or stainless? Then add in the value of the used scope.
Did he tell you how much he paid for it new? Used guns can be worth as much as 70%-80% of a new one unless there are reasons to deduct from their value.
What's he asking for it? What Tasco model? If it's a Bantam, that might be worth an extra $30 -$35+.

I'm guessing it's total worth to be as much as $180 - $200 if it's in great condition.
Less if he's a really good buddy! :D
