For calibrated ordnance gelatin targets or inserts? I'd be interested.
Ketchup packets hot-glued to a B-27 target? A little Krylon on the packets and done, and I'm not interested. Bleeding zombies, etc. No thanks, but good luck. Shoot N C targets are fine with me, and even those are overkill for general handgun use. Cardboard backings, printed targets and a staple-gun are my most common go-to. Shaken cans of discount store-brand soda or even shotgun clays works great for rapid fire reactive targets.
I am not trying to be negative, here - please give us more information.
Perhaps you should be more specific with your idea about your reactive targets and the intended use, if you really want better criticism and/or advice. You have given us a blank page and our imagination to work with. Nobody is going to steal your idea - well, I'm not going to. I have tested products from other entrepreneurs here, some were good ideas, some were "meh." You need that information from people who are your market.
