Today is Father's day and I want to take a moment to thank all the THR staff, moderators and members who make THR possible.

I have been a long time lurker and became a member earlier this year. Although I have been reloading for over 15+ years, I have learned tremendous amount of reloading related information and neat "how-to's" on numerous threads. I am amazed to find what things I did not know on a daily basis. My wife often points out that I do not know much and what little I do know is probably wrong. As years pass by, I am finding more and more that she's right.

Many guests may see some spirited debates that flare up from time to time, but most of the times I find that members are mainly concerned about reloading/gun safety and put forth the comments to that aspect and try to steer members/guests in the right direction. I have been to enough other gun forums where they "proudly" talk about how they blew up their guns with over-pressure "hot" loads. Having witnessed several pistols blow up at the range, I have deep respect for reloading safety and experience of "mature" reloaders who speak with wisdom.

Thanks again everyone. I am sure you all know who I am talking about. ;) :D

The staff definitely need a great big "thanks". They keep things civil at THR so it is a great place to be.

So......Thanks Mods. (And modettes) :)

I agree, I enjoy this site as well, even though I'm not a father.
I do have a couple of cats.:uhoh:

Yes, I agree with the learning new things here all the time.

For a while, I was involved in another gun site, but there were so few members, there wasn't much to learn.

Anyway, I agree, Thanks!;)

I'll have to second, third and forth all of the above. This forum taught me a lot when I was learning and still as I progress. I have also met a lot of good people here.

I have to agree. Without this forum, and a few others. I would not be as advanced in my hobby as I am. I still have questions, and know that I will get an educated answer, and it will also be double and triple checked by other who are equally as educated.

Thank you.
