7D3FD366-3DBC-406E-A218-5CA283DF9138.jpeg I have always had one holster that does a whole bunch of stuff. It has changed as my collection has changed, but I still have that one holster that does a whole lot. I’m curious to what yours is. Currently my go-to is a Allen 3” J frame right hand belt holster. It will easily, and appropriately carry 11 guns in my current collection. 3 of which were a total surprise the first time I tried them out based simply on rough gun size.

it currently serves: Clockwise from top,

Glock 42, Phoenix hp22, miroku liberty chief, charter undercover, arminius hw3 22lr, S&W 30-1 (the gun the holster was bought for), Mauser 1914, S&W 32 safety hammerless, S&W 38 safety hammerless, Taurus m327. Not shown is the RG31 32swl that is stripped for cleaning and this time around it’s going to be lubed for preservation, it doesn’t get shot much and it’s important to me since it was my grandmas.

Not surprising at all for the hand ejector type revolvers, but surprising for the top breaks, and very surprising for the autos. The 1914 fits it very well, to a point that when I go to make a more traditional looking rig for it I will copy the Allen pattern and simply put a flap on the top and a magazine pouch on the outside.

Interesting.
I'll have to drop by walmart later and pick one up.
I've got a charter arms as well for romping in the desert and need a holster for her.

And a few random handguns to try as well.
