I posted this on another forum. Only 3 people got the joke.

I used to carry a Llame .380 loaded with my home rolled 88 gr. hp's. Then they said "Whatch gonna shoot with that thang? Muhskeeters"?

Then i bought a .38 and loaded it with +p's. But all the experts said the .38 was a lousy man stopper.

So i bought a 9mm. They all laughed and said "Are you crazy? The 9mm is for girly men".

Ah!! A .357 magnum should do the job "Nope. To much muzzle flash and recoil. Git yer self a .40"

So l bought a .40. "Nope the .40 is just a wanna be caliber. Git yer self uh .45 acp".

So i figured the .45 acp had served well all these years so i couldn't go wrong. Now i find out it's just a big ole slow moving bullet that has way to much recoil.

So now i have a safe full of useless guns.

Any body know where i can find a Airweight 2" S&W .500 Magnum with J frame boot grips?

Ain't differing opinions a Hoot !

God, I love freedom of choice !!!!!! And where else in the world could you complain about a whole safe full of variety ? LOL

Edit - PS: You want one of the new 3 shot Jframe .500's ? I heard they are short on capacity !

What you need is a 22 LR bullet that upon exiting the barrel expands till it reaches the size of a school bus ... then your bullet will just run over the bad guy, plus, you will totally impress all the Marion Morrison Club members of America ... hell of a way for one to show his true manhood through firepower.

Available in hollwpoints too :D

Easily relate

same conversation in my neck o' the woods. I shoot a .45ACP. The verdict, too big. My wife is all of 100 lbs. and wanted something she could manage, got her a .380. Too small. I'm sure there's an ancient proverb in here somewhere.

The "Ancient Proverb" goes something like this:

Man must let female companion pick own firearm(s). Man is there only to whip out appropriate amount of legal tender, and carry packages to transportation.

Never mind HOW I know, I just know. ;)
