MCMXI,I'm chasing single digit ES for my 6.5 Creedmoor and would like to have a scale that measures grains to two decimal places so that I could use the ChargeMasters to get close then trickle powder to get a more precise weight. Any recommendation for something around the $200 mark. I'd rather not spend $600 on a scale but if that's what I have to do ....
I and a few other folks on the forum use a Gempro 250 electronic scale. I forget the exact price, but it is below $200. It has a resolution of .02gr, same as the $600 beauty in the OP video. I'm sure it isn't as sensitive as the $600 one, though. I don't use mine for trickling, just for load verification, so can't vouch for its suitability for your purpose. Operates on batteries or an included wall wart. I got mine from Oldwillknots.com.
