H&H, I know off topic, but how is hunting in WY? I just sent a resume to a company in Cody.

About as good as it gets.. Excellent elk, deer, fantabulous pronghorn and excellent special species such as bighorn and moose. If the drive to work was just a wee bit shorter I'd be living in Wyoming myself.

Colorado has a healthy deer population. But we don't have the type of terrain and feed that supports huge deer numbers per square mile. Much like most of the Rocky Mt states.
Thanks for the info. Sounds similar to the area I hunt in southern NY in the foothills of the Alleghenies. Hundreds of thousands of acres of forest with little or no agriculture. Rugged terrain for east of the Mississippi - elevation changes of 900 feet (obviously not as severe as the Rockies). Significant predator pressure from coyotes and black bear (worse than the coyotes).
