Shot it today. Only put 90rds through it (a lot for me, I dont practice often anymore). First mag had 1 failure to reset using HSM reman ammo. The HSM ammo is about 8 years old, ammo shortage era junk that has jammed other guns as well. The HSM seems to be loaded really light, slide recoils very lazily. Switched to Magtech ball and it worked perfectly after that. Recoil seemed very mild. Aim was dead on hold. I was able to stack bullet holes on the block of wood I was shooting. Good enough for a $300 gun!
 
Nice writeup, Mach. How would you compare it to other budget striker pistols, like the SD9VE or the Ruger 9s? I get that your pistol is a 45 and those are 9mms, but grip, trigger, etc should be comparable.
