Fed Law, Many moons ago in the front of the Yellow/White pages there was published an explanation of the areas from which evacuations would come from and where they would go to. (Kansas City Metro)

Most of the evacuation reasons tended to fall into NBC situations or major natuaral disaster.

All said that if evacuated you are NOT to bring firearms, cause the GOVT will protect you.

The only reason to confiscate/control firearms is so those who think they know what is what don't have to listen to anybody. (Don't want those Damned peasants/serfs/slaves getting uppity!)

I kind of thought moving would be an option, lol, like GreenFurniture's reponse. First thought in my mind in most situations is 'Run away!', heh not much of a character reference.
