Some one was to tee'd off to explain the obvious; That our "public servents" both politicians and Police , act like 'elitist's' and he's correlating that to the idea that some, such as 'Kings" think they are better than their fellow countrymen.
I get it, I see it, but I don't have the cure, but I think that if we had a Constitutional Review of all laws and Politicians, things in this country would be on track to "Better" Who knows how to handle such, but returning to being a 'Lawfull' country would help, maybe with a cleansing.
Seriously, Review all the laws that are on the books now, as well as institute a Constitutional Review on proposed laws and see if they are even legal before enforcing. Discard all laws that do not comply with the Constitution.
Check the performance of all Public Servants and if any have violated the Rights of others, or actively worked to deny Citizens of their Rights, they need to be FIRED, right then and there. The ones with enough evidence against them should be brought to Justice.
