Hey, Jerkface! (Sorry, but the opportunity to write that on a forum without getting booted was just too tempting)

I think what Double Nought was saying is that the tool was neutral, since a lot of us can carry legally; and body armor is (still) legal, too.

Otherwise, I agree with you-he went in using these "tools" with the intent to cause trouble.
