So I came across a P220 at a gunshop that came from Sig as a 22LR, and noticed they also have a 226 version. Apparently they come with a coupon to convert to the fullsized version as well. I'm seriously considering one of these unless someone mentions a glaring issue with their 22 conversion kits. Not sure if I'd even bother with the 9mm upgrade to be honest, I just like 22 pistols a lot haha.

I got the 22 conversion for a 226 I already had. So far it has been great.
The only complaint I have heard is that the slide does not lock back when empty. I just count to 10, and reload.

I bought a Sig P-220 in .22 L/R because I carry a P-220 in .45 Auto for duty and wanted a cheaper way to train with "my gun". Aside from the recoil, it's a great way to train with the same gun. I've really enjoyed mine so far with NO problems.

Yes...the slide DOES NOT lock back, but this is normal and explained in the manual. This is my only complaint!!
