I love my Sig P226 and my P239 is a fine pistol as well... But....The P239 is hard for me to conceal here in Florida with a pair of shorts. It is also long enough that when I do carry it IWB and sit down or bend down it is uncomfortable. I am also not accurate enough with it vs. my P226 at the range. So it is not serving my purpose for concealed carry, and I don't find it a great range gun. I love the way it looks, and it is very comfortable to shoot, especially with the added Hougue grips. I hate to get rid of it, and I would keep it (I hate to part with any fire arm these days) but I really can't spend money an additional gun. Soooo I want to trade or sell it at a gun show this weekend.

My question is what autoloaders should I consider as it's replacement for concealed carry . Obviously the Kahr PM9 is a contender, and the Kel Tec P11 is often recommeded (I have a P32). What other autoloaders should I consider in the 3" barrel length or under range?

For a really small, lightweight pachage, how about a Kel-Tec P3AT (.380)?

haha! I don't want to be talked out of it! The Kel-Tec P3AT is about the same as my P32, although I may try to "trade up" from my P32. I want something a little larger in addition to the kel tec's. The CZ-RAMI is going to be too large... I will look at the XD9 and Glock.. Still leaning toward the Kahr..

If you can conceal a Kahr PM9 in the front pocket of a pair of shorts, then it's probably the one to buy.

(I know you said autoloaders, but I still feel a revolver like an airweight snub .38 the size of a Smith & Wesson J frame is a good pocket gun.)

The gun show was king of a disappointment. There were only 4 or 5 PM9's at the whole show, and they want top dollar for them. There was only 1 black PM9 and it was $620. The most a dealer would give me for the SIG on a trade is $400. I may go back tomorrow with a nice printed add for my Sig and see if I can at least get $500 for it. It is in absolutely immaculate shape..

After looking at the numerous guns at the show, the PM9 does seem like the gun for me. I absolutely love the size for concealed carry and the way it feels in my hand.. The Walther P22's really caught my eye, and seem like they'd be fun for plinking. I'll have to do a little research and see if they're more than just eye candy..

Where in FL are you? There's a gun store in Miami, Lou's Gun Shop and Police Supply, that has PM9s NIB with the black finish for around $500 for LEO or firefighters/EMS pricing. Maybe they'll give you that price if you negotiate with them  (in the case that you're not a LEO or military/firefighter/EMS). I remember the stainless PM9 was $479 after a little negotiating, but they don't get them in too often. They can order anything though if you're patient enough.

You may also want to try Florida Gun Exchange, I've seen them at gun shows up in West Palm Beach but they're located somewhere North of there. They usually have decent prices too. I think their PM9s are around $529 or so.

Feel free to E-Mail me or PM me if you want additional info on any of these stores or deals:D . I went through all the work of pricing Kahrs a few months ago when my dad was looking for one, he settled on a used MK9 elite becaue of the the deal he got from a forum member.

Also, dont expect to get $500 for that P239 of yours. They sell new for $500, but you should have no problem getting $450 or $475.

Have you considered the SIG P232? It's flat, easy to conceal, and retains the SIG trigger action that you're used to. It can also be had in a lightweight alloy frame, making CCW easier. Worth thinking about...
