thinking of downsizing

I sold off most of mine a couple of decades ago and kept the ones I really enjoy shooting, have a specific purpose, or have sentimental value.
You just have to decide if you want to be a collector, or a shooter, and proceed accordingly.

IMO, if your hand dosent pause over one as your riffling thru your collection its a goner.
There are some guns i like shooting, but otherwise dont find interesting, those seem to give me the least joy to own. Everyone has their own criteria for liking and keeping a firearm, but if it cant make you pause for a second, imo best to find it a home with someone who will .

ya there are a few guns that do that. just have to hold them and give it a point like your about to shoot it. all my mauser are like that my ruger 77 the 1894 marlin and the rem and rossi 22s not the 10/22 savage verona. good gun tho. and the others. just with prices were better i dont have very much money in the guns.

I would wait until there is Democrat President and Democrats have majority in both Houses. If you do you will be able to sell guns at higher prices. Now is not good time to sell guns.

The problem with that idea is that, depending on how quickly they move after they get control, they may make it illegal for any sales or transfers. They might even be able to nullify the Second with that kind of majority.
