The handle is pretty close to the Safety Prime but it shouldn't be necessary to bend it any further than the offset that's built into it. I would adjust the positioning of the bracket that holds the Safety Prime first and also be sure that the handle bend is away from the primer.
The bracket is currently adjusted to present the priming arm straight inline with the pivoting small primer arm on the press just like Lee's video and dispensing of the primer was flawless through 100 (except the last two which do not feed) I do have the bend pointing away from the top of the primer tray but it is still closer than my liking.
Last night I changed the handle ratcheting adjustment to not go past straight vertical and that provided a little more clearance but at the cost that the bottom of the stroke is lower. I guess I can live with the position now. I can see why some like the roller handle now.
