I was looking at one of the local trading sites and saw this listed. What do you think?

I have a nice CAI WASR 10/63 for sale. It comes with two mags a bayonet and a sling and has a bakelite grip on it. I am asking $600 for it,

Assuming it doesn't have canted sights and is in good condition I would say its ok,especially with kits going for $500 now. They were a couple hundred less not all that long ago but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for a $400.00 AK anytime soon. I have had a few Wasr's and they were good rifles,i got lucky and mine didnt look like a drunk monkey built it:D

check it out... make sure it's straight from the butt stock to the muzzle break... make sure the pins stay in when working the action.. I had a bad wasr I couldn't wait to sell... I love AKs but better quality ones are the only one's I'll keep... and I do own a few Century's... a VZ2008 and Golani... both super high quality... great shooters...

That's decent but make sure it functions 100% and chamber or bore is pitted from shooting corrosive ammo. Mags should lock up with minimal movement.

CAI does not do warranty work if they rifle left them more than 1 year ago. And AKs ain't that easy or cheap to fix.

Bulk 7.62 x 39 ammo is still the best deal out there vs the 5.56. 1000 rds of 5.56 could cost you $650-700 delivered.
