Tikka T3 Magazine Not Functioning Properly...

My Tikka T3 magazine is not fuctioning properly. The first two rounds load and extract fine, but the third/last round gets jamed in the magazine. What happens is the bullet end of the cartridge gets itself lodged in the bottom front corner of the magazine and will not come up while the primer end is up where it is supposed to be? Is this a faulty magazine or is there something I need to do differntly when loading? The only time this seems to happen is when I am using lead nose bullets. I never had any magazine issues with polymer tipped bullets, but I don't use them because I have had two polymer tips come off and jam the action of this gun. What do you all suggest I do? I have a tikka t3 also, experienced the same problem after i took the mag apart to clean out dirt and stuff. If you took it apart and put the spring back in backwards, as I did...very stupid but it happens to the best of us, just flip it back to normal and it will be fixed. The alternative is the spring is not seated in the bottom of the mag right..take it apart and put it back together.
