Tikka T3 Scope Rings - fit other rifles?

Hello,

Out looking for scope rings, found someone selling rings for a Tikka T3 for a good price. Would these fit on a standard weaver/pic rail? Are they steel or aluminum? assuming they are factory standard rings - would they be for 1" scopes?

If they are the rings that come from Tikka, they will only fit that reciever (assuming it is a T3, they will only fit the T3).

They are aluminum.
