Time to trade?

My only lgs has an olympic ar, not sure of the model, and is still only asking $800. I have a RRA already and have been wanting to build my own and I can't find any lowers for sale,soooo this might be my only choice for a second one for a while. Cash is slim since the holidays, so I'm considering trading and old P89, Sigma 40, and a Rem 770 that I got for a hundred bucks. Opinions please.

If it was my one and only chance to get an AR then maybe, I am not a fan of Olympic rifles.
