Times Square bomber -- what gun was found?

I was reading an article about the arrest of the Times Square bombing suspect and the gun that was found in the car parked at the airport. The article from the brilliant NY Times reporter mentioned a Kel Tec "automatic" 9mm pistol with a rifle barrel. That sounds so scary!

So, which gun was found in the car? I'm thinking it might be a Sub-2000 9mm, with a pistol grip but a rifle barrel??????

Does it matter? That's secondary to everything else, considering it wasn't actually used in the crime.
