I've dealt with Tom for years. My first experience with him was in buying a set of cocobolo custom grips for a Makarov from him, which came and had a problem with some of the epoxy setting correctly. He had me ship them back in and took care of the issue quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I have since used their site for purchasing plenty of mags, holsters, and parts and have never had a problem. You can deal with them with absolute confidence.
