So I've got a "spare" Colt .357 Trooper Mk III (I bought it 'cause I couldn't find the right S&W 28. and then found a 28-2). So it is "extra" and I have no problems trading it.
But for what? Fella is looking to trade a Glock 19c with two mags and night sights for the Trooper. I know zip about Glocks, is that a fair deal (he asking $600 obo for an outright sale)?
And if not, should I be asking him for more cash?
On a broader scale, I you had a Trooper and wanted to trade (no sell) it, what would you consider a fair deal, in terms of a pistol, not a revolver. Or in terms of a revolver.
I gotta say I'm not too familiar with Colts, and yes, I'll be checking the big auction site for "Sold" prices, but I thought I'd ask the folks here for some real-world advice.
(And there's nothing wrong about just keeping it. It's in great shape but as I also have a Smith 66-2 I'm about filled up with .357s.)
