Traditions KY .50 Percussion Bolster Screw

I have tried Tradtions website and email addresses and have gotten nothing.

What I need is either a new bolster screw or the dimensions of it so I can go get one locally.

The bolster is the port that the nipply screws into, it needs a screw in the end of it so that it doesnt blow out the side when I shoot it. I was cleaning it when I lost it, and after two weeks of searching I gave up. Any help with this would be appreciatated.

Check your hardware store. Probably a metric thread and you will need to trim it to size.

If you take your rifle or just the bolster to your local hardware store and get the thread determined.
Then find a Button Head Black Oxcide finished screw, and cut it so it doesnt protrude into the hole for the nipple threads.
The Button Head is flatter, but domed, and I use the Allen wrench type.
The Black screws will match better in your gun, and can be Blued or Browned if you want to.
Cad plated cant be Blued, Brass is too soft and wont last, and stainless just doesnt look right, and also cant be Blued, but they dont rust either.
