His recommendations: always look under and inside of your car before getting in.
The importance of this thread was emphasized by something that occurred here in Utah today. A sheriff's deputy was murdered and another shot in the head by someone who apparently has an extensive criminal history. The goop attempted several carjackings as he attempted to escape. The carjackings occurred in a spot that I travel through regularly. (see http://www.ksl.com/?sid=28549367&ni...s-officials-say&fm=home_page&s_cid=featured-1). "There but for the grace of God" went through my mind today.
