Tricks to removing tight fitting barrel bushing?

Anyone have "tricks" to removing a really tight fitting 1911 bushing from the slide? The bushing will turn, but will not pull out.

It's TIGHT!

Slide the barrel forward and tap it out.

Edit to add:

Use a little smear of J&B Bore Cleaner on the bushing OD and twist/push/pull
it in the slide to loosen it up a mite.

It should never be that tight. There is no benefit to that .Lap it till it comes out easily but still is snug.
