About six weeks ago, I sent a large box of .223 LC brass to River Valley Ordnance, for them to resize, trim, and process.

Since then, I've sent emails and tried to call them numerous times. The number on their website goes directly to a full voicemail box, and all my emails have gone unresponded. Needless to say, I'm a little concerned. Has anyone dealt with River Valley Ordnance lately, or have another way to get in touch with them?

Thanks,
Chris

Ever since Tom died, RVO has been hard to get a hold of. I think the web site is not current. People have gotten their brass done and things, but it just takes time!.

Tom's wife is running the show and from what I've heard she's doing her best to keep RVOW open. You'll get your stuff but you're going to have to have a little patience.:)

I ordered some M855 for my AR a couple of weeks ago and haven't heard or seen anything yet. I also can't get an answer to my e-mails. I do get the feeling that they are honest though because they haven't charged my card yet. It sounds like it will just take some time and when they show up at the door it will be a nice surprise.
