Hey I was looking at this sight. Originally for a FAL type rifle
http://www.entreprise.com/

And I noticed they also make a 1911. My question is does anyone own one of these (Rifle or Pistol) Or know someone who does. And what do you think about them?

I own an Interprise that I like. I bought the frame about 7 years ago and topped it with a Colt series 70 slide. A couple of years later, Interprise started making slides for themselves. I bought one, real fast. It makes up into a good looking pistol and it shoots better than I do. The only gripe I have with it is the fatbody aspect. Its the only fat body that I own. (Except mine). I just can't get used to the 'more than a handfull' of grip.

When I bought the frame, I fitted it out with premium parts. Did a trigger job on the sear/hammer. This pistol came through with the trigger furnished. Plus fatbody grips. It came with a fabulas polish and blue on both the frame and slide.

While it is not my favorite pistol in my safe, you could certainly do worse.

Their quality is now very good in ther FAL rifles, many consider them a good second choice behind DSA unless you get a custom made gun.
