I picked this Browning up in a trade, I have become infatuated with the BHP as of late. First an FEG PJK 9HP, then a Argentine FM 90, and now a real Browning!! Love all of them, great pistols!
I would like to know what model it is. I used the date code on Brownings web site, and it was made in 1989, so I think it is a MK III.
However, a couple things that throw me off is... it had a single older style safety, not a ambi extended one. It also had the adjustable target sights for the rear, and both front and rear sights were dovetailed. It does not have the rib on the top of the slide or the hole under the muzzle like most MK II's do.
All info is much appreciated, and I will post pics tomorrow when I am off my shift. TIA.
