The PPU loaded ammo I have bought was not surplus. It was new production.

... I have a bunch of South Korean surplus. I hear the primer holes are off center. If they turn out to be unreloadable...

This is to which I am referring. No problems being off center that I have encountered. Just corrosive and heavy crimps.

I see. The South Korean surplus is actually PMC...or made in the same factory as PMC...commercial ammo. Somewhere...here on THR...is alink to a website where someone did a bunch of research and posted which head stamp numbers were corrosive and which were not. (They also posted which lot numbers were suspect of being problematic to the point of blowing up Garands.) The case stamps I have are said to be non corrosive.

That said, I need to jut shoot that stuff up and reload the cases. And if I can't reload them doe to the primer holes being off center, I"m going to be pretty mad at myself. I bought this stuff off a guy on Craigslist for not that good of a deal. I didn't do my research until after I bought it. Stupid move.

No problems with any of the Prvi (PPU) brass I have reloaded, .380, 9mm, 7mm Rem Mag.
I don't know about PMC, but I can tell you Perfecta has off center flash holes (sometimes way off) in 75% of the cases I have seen.
