I have two; one for an airlite revolver and one for my P2000. I like it as a warm weather rig, and the built in mag pouch was one of the things that sold me on it.
A few tips to make it easier:
-It will be incredibly uncomfortable if you're more than a few pounds overweight (I was when I first got mine).
-I think it's much more comfortable with an auto than a revolver.
-Most important: Get a good gun belt. I recommend this for anyone who wears a gun on their waistline, as it makes a world of difference no matter the holster. A stiff belt made for having a gun on it will alleviate the problem (for most people) that Cam outlines above.
-For longer periods of wear such as full days, wear a tucked in undershirt. The gun/holster go between this and your pants, and it keeps the gun from digging into the skin. I've found that Under Armour or hiking silk-weights work well for this.
The holster conceals very well under all circumstances - tucked under a button up shirt, or with an untucked polo, button up, or just about anything else.
