Hello Everyone,

Ken Null has offered to make a "tuckable" version of his UNS inside the waistband holster (IWB) if I can supply him with some photos of a similar holster (especially the "hook" apparatus). When I say "tuckable IWB" I am referring to the IWB rigs that can have the shirt tucked discreetly over a small revolver or gun with only the disguised belt loop showing. The concept was pioneered by Mitchell Rosen with his Workman holster.

The gun in my case is an Kahr K-40.

Does anyone have a Mitchell Rosen Workman (or similar holster) and a digital camera? If yes, can you supply me with photos of the rig? Specifically the profile and angle in relation to belt with wearing position. Particularly photos from every angle of the tuckable hook in which the shirt fits into.

Before you ask, the reason I am having Ken make me one instead of buying another maker's version is that his UNS IWB holster is the only one I have ever been able to wear comfortably.

Thanks for the help.

I carry my Kahr P9 Covert in either a High Noon Hidden Impact or Hidden Ally. Very nice holsters for the money and I basically have no compalints. The Impact can be re-holstered with one hand but is only available in tan. The Ally doesn't stay open and comes in black... I just wish they made the Hidden Impact in black.

Anyway, there are several decent pictures of them both from different angles on HighNoonHolsters.com

Hi Cratz,

Thanks for the link.

Does anyone have similar photos of Mitch Rosen's Workman that they could share with me?

I'd really like to compare them to these High Noon Models before deciding on which style to send Ken Null.

Thanks again for all of the help.

Anthony,

I have a tuckable IWB from Wild Bill's Concealment. It is the Undercover model for my KT P-11. Here is a link to the page...it is the 3rd from the bottom:

There are a few other tuckable IWB manufacturers out there as well. Aker makes a pretty nice looking one, and you can see a good pic of it here...it is called the Businessman:

I'm looking for a new tuckable IWB for a Springfield Ultra Compact that I recently purchased...I'll have to check out Ken's holsters.

Anyway, I can take a couple pics of the Undercover if you'd like. It may take a day or two due to work requirements this week.

Let me know!

Travis

Cratz,

I am intrigued by the design of the High Noon holsters. And the pricing is unbelievable compared to other manufacturers. Can you describe how it works...specifically, what holds it to your pants when you draw? I've seen similar setups, but they have a J-hook instead of a straight clip.

Edit:

I think I understand now...it has an inward J-hook instead of an outward J-hook...is that correct?

Thanks!

Travis
