I'm looking for a site to hold an Appleseed in the Tucson area. If you are in the Tucson area and want to attend an Appleseed, here's your chance to make it happen.

All we need is a range, or site that can be turned into a safe range (we will supply the labor). You find the site, we'll do the rest. Establish a contact with the management or owner, come away with contact information and whatever paperwork they need signed, and we'll do the rest. It's that easy. But we need your help!

An Appleseed shoot is Saturday and Sunday. 25 meters will work, if that's what we can get. Ideal is 300 yards or more.

If you think you know of a site, or especially if you can go check a site out, please reply here or contact me via PM.

Appleseed is a riflery clinic to take you from wherever you are--beginner, intermediate, or expert--and make you better. Everyone a rifleman is the goal. Bring any rifle, with any sights. Anyone under 21 shoots free. Active military shoots free. Family friendly! Hear American history like it's seldom taught in school. Meet great people.

Tucson Rifle club is an excellent range. Located about 15 miles west of Tucson
on Hwy 83 near Ajo. Large range with several offerings including a 600 meter silhouette rifle range, pistol range and cowboy action shooting range. They hold a Cowboy shoot out there at least twice a year. For some reason the website isn't working but here it is just in case.

www.tucsonrifleclub.org or you can google the range for info. Also, do a google map search and look at it via sattelite.
