Hello all. I am new to reloading I just bought Lyman tumbling media "Corn Cob Green". Do I need brass polish or is this good enough for once fired brass?

That cob is already treated so it should clean/polish as-is. Be aware many polished leave some residue on the brass which could damage/scratch your dies.

Most of us use plain untreated corn cob, and just add a bit of NuFinish car polish to the cob before putting the brass in. It's cheaper than pre-treated corn cob.

Also cut up a used dryer sheet into about 2 x 2 inch squares and put this in with the brass. The dryer sheet will help pick up any dirt and carbon crud, keeping your cob clean longer.

As they said ^^^^^
The "green" in your media is a polish treatment, so you don't have to add anything.

When that stuff is gone, you might consider
http://www.drillspot.com/products/521055/econoline_526040g-40_40_lbs_blast_media

It's sold as blasting media, but it's corn cob.
40lb bag for $26.93 and no shipping charge.

And it's ground fine enough not to plug flash holes for those who deprime before tumbling.
